LEVEL 2 (with or without retreat)

Work with me over 4 weeks. Instead of grabbing food on the run, being frustrated rushing to prepare dinners and neglecting yourself. Over 4 weeks I show you easy healthy meals and a nutrition system that will have you flourishing again.

Alongside that I offer support through mothering tips and mindset hacks to equip you to be a present mum without losing your identity.
